  • Temporary or permanent cosmetic change
  • Breathing issues

Anesthesia/Positioning:

  • Will likely be performed with nasal tube as component of orthognathic surgery, remove pressure from tube to evaluate

Other:

  • None

Armamentarium:

  • 2-0 or 3-0 PDS for alar cinch
  • 3-0 chromic for mucosal closure
